A Quantum Athletics 1-1 session is a regenerative journey into the quantum field, a multidimensional timespace. We begin with a grounding practice and enter a meditative theta/gamma brainwave state to tune into your energetic field. Together, we witness and explore what is present for you. We then apply quantum tools to heal, balance, align, empower, and connect you to your current highest future timeline. Wooow what an epic session!! I can not even describe… I feel SO different today. I taught my class and couldn’t believe the clarity of my voice and energy!
